1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Research Use Policy, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you certify that you meet these requirements and that you are a qualified researcher or research institution.

3. Research-Use Acknowledgment

Our Research Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms in full. All products are sold for laboratory and in-vitro research only — never for human or veterinary consumption.

4. No Medical or Dosage Advice

RHL does not provide medical, health, clinical, or dosage advice. Our staff cannot answer questions about protocols, dosing, administration, or therapeutic use. Any such questions will not be answered.

5. Product Information and Pricing

Product descriptions, images, and pricing may contain errors. RHL reserves the right to correct errors, update pricing, and to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including after an order has been submitted.

6. Order Acceptance and Payment Terms

Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs only when payment is confirmed and the order ships. Orders are created in a Pending — Awaiting Payment status until payment is received via one of our accepted manual methods (Venmo, Zelle, or USDC on Base). Once payment clears, orders ship within 24 hours. See our Payment Instructions for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content — logos, text, photography, product descriptions, and layout — is owned by Research Health Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, relabeling, or redistributing products for human or veterinary use;
• Using the site to submit false information or fraudulent orders;
• Attempting to interfere with the site's security or operation;
• Violating any applicable law or regulation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for our published ≥99% HPLC purity guarantee, all products and site content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHL's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. RHL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury arising from product misuse.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RHL, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Dispute Resolution & Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in California. You and RHL each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
