Research Health Labs LLC ("RHL", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We never sell personal data.
1. Information We Collect
- Account & contact details: name, email, phone, company/institution, and field of research.
- Shipping address for order fulfillment.
- Order history: products purchased, totals, status, and payment method selected.
- Site analytics: pages viewed, device and browser info, approximate location, and referral source.
2. Payment Information
Payment is handled off-platform via Venmo, Zelle, or USDC on Base. We do not collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account credentials. Records of payment confirmation (e.g., transaction hash or note matching) are kept with your order for accounting and dispute purposes.
3. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your cart, and measure traffic. Where used, third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager and Meta pixel collect aggregated usage data. You can opt out by:
- Disabling cookies in your browser settings;
- Using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on;
- Adjusting ad preferences at Meta Ad Preferences.
4. How We Use Information
- To process and fulfill your orders;
- To provide customer support;

We share information only with: (a) service providers required to operate the site (hosting, email, analytics); (b) shipping carriers to deliver your order; and (c) law enforcement or regulators when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.

Order, accounting, and tax records are retained as required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years). Account information is retained while your account is active. Analytics data is retained per our analytics providers' default retention windows.

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage at rest, role-based access controls, and routine security review. No system is perfectly secure; you use the site at your own risk.
8. Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@researchhealthlabs.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records (such as completed orders) must be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
9. Children's Privacy
The site is not intended for anyone under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
