Returns & Refund Policy

Because we sell research chemicals, all sales are final once an order ships. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or shipped products. The exceptions below cover legitimate fulfillment issues.
1. All Sales Final After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns of opened or shipped products. We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind once payment has been sent.
2. Exceptions
(a) Purity Guarantee
If a product's independent Certificate of Analysis (COA) shows that it failed our published ≥99% purity standard, we will replace the product or refund the difference. You may be asked to provide the COA reference or batch number from your order.
(b) Lost, Damaged, or Stolen in Transit
Items confirmed lost, damaged, or stolen in transit are reshipped per our Shipping Policy. Claims must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
(c) Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship the wrong item, we will correct it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3. How to Start a Claim
Email support@researchhealthlabs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. Claims submitted outside the windows above may not be eligible.
4. Manual-Payment Refunds
Because payments are processed manually (Venmo, Zelle, USDC), refunds are issued as store credit or, where possible, back through the original payment method. Crypto refunds, when issued via the original method, are sent in USDC on Base to the address we received payment from.
