Shipping Policy

All orders ship from US-based facilities to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally and cannot accept orders with a non-US shipping address.

2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Order processing begins only after payment is confirmed. Orders remain Pending until payment lands.
  • Orders confirmed before our daily cutoff ship same-day or the next business day.
  • Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as a label is generated.

3. Packaging

All orders ship in discreet, unlabeled packaging. Heat-sensitive products are dispatched with cold-pack / cold-chain shipping where appropriate.

4. Shipping Cost

  • Free shipping on orders of $250 or more.
  • Otherwise a flat $12 shipping fee applies.

5. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for entering a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipment fee.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any supporting photos. We will reship or refund per our Returns & Refund Policy and any shipment- protection terms that applied at checkout.

7. Carriers

We use major US carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). The specific carrier is selected based on destination, package weight, and cold-chain requirements.
