Payment Instructions

RHL uses manual payment methods so you keep direct control of your funds. The flow is the same for every order — only the destination changes.

1. The Order Flow

  1. Place your order at checkout. It is created in Pending — Awaiting Payment status.
  2. Send payment using one of the methods below. Put ONLY your order number in the payment note — no product names, no other text.
  3. We confirm payment and mark your order Paid, then it ships within 24 hours.

2. Accepted Methods

Venmo

Send from the Venmo app to (handle shown at checkout). Set the payment to "Goods & Services" is not required; a standard personal payment is fine. Include your order number in the note.

Zelle

Send via your bank's Zelle to (details shown at checkout). In the memo, enter ONLY your order number — no product names.

USDC (Base network only)

Send USDC on the Base network to the address shown at checkout. Sending USDC on the wrong network (Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, BNB, Solana, etc.) or any other coin may result in permanent loss of funds. We cannot recover them. Double-check the network in your wallet before confirming.

3. Use Your Order Number — Not Product Names

We match incoming payments to orders by the note/memo. Putting product names or unrelated text in the note may delay confirmation and ship- ment. Use only your order number (e.g., RHL-12345).

4. What If Payment Isn't Received?

Pending orders are held for a limited time. We send a friendly reminder if we don't see payment. If the hold window expires without payment, the order is cancelled and inventory is released.
